BILLS – REVENUES – TIME CARDS TO SUBMIT TO CITY: End of pay period is Tuesday, October 27.
LIBRARIAN REPORT:
OLD BUSINESS:
1. Motion Light for side door update.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Application signed by parent age policy
2. Halloween parades are scheduled for Friday, October 30 in Garnavillo. Daycare Parade at 10 AM with approximate 30+ children. Clayton Ridge School parade will start at 2:00 PM with 300+ children. The library will be handing out treats.
3. Tiffani on vacation in January. Friday, January 8 thru Saturday January 16th 2027.
4. Staff will attend an Active Shooter Training on November 18th at Murphy Helwig Public Library in Monona. Option to have presenter come to our library for a building specific training if we want.
OTHER BUSINESS:
- Thanksgiving Hours: According to the policy book the library will close early on Wednesday, November 25 at 12:00 PM. The library will be closed on Thanksgiving Day. The library will re-open on Friday with regular hours 10 AM – 4 PM.
2026 Christmas Hours: According to the policy book the library will close early on Christmas Eve at Noon and be closed on Friday, Christmas Day and Saturday, December 26. The Library reopens on Tuesday at 10:00 AM. The Library will for close early on New Years Eve at Noon and will be closed Friday on New Years Day 2027.
2. Fraud Fighter Program-tentatively set for Friday, November 13 through the RSVP program. Waiting to hear back from Linda Jones that that time works for all the panel members involved.
